In Austin Osman Spare’s development of Chaos Magick, sigils are used as symbols or glyphs to represent a certain desire or intention. They are complex designs reified through the process of their creation. Every Body In uses hand printed sigil patterned upholstery to charge a space already imbued with the psycho/emotional energies of dialogue, empathy, caring and community. Nook Gallery exists for the purpose to engage and in response, the work is a series of sigils based on the desires to be inclusive, call to act and work towards positive change.
